I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Louisiana and National Certified Counselor. My practice is in the Gonzales area. After spending more than 15 years as a nurse in a variety of specialties, I desired something more and found counseling to be complimentary role. I earned two degrees from Nicholls State University: Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and an undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Addictive Behaviors. I have completed Level 1 and Level 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.

When thinking of a name for my practice, I wanted a name that was part of a personal experience. From the second I saw the word cultivate, it stuck with me. When you cultivate something, you work to make something better. What would you like to cultivate in your life?

Working as a therapist your therapist is truly an honor for me. I'm always seeking to become more knowledgeable and an attuned counselor. Outside of the office, I can be found appreciating nature, gardening, reading, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends.

Counseling is beneficial for all stages of being a couple, from dating to second marriages. It focuses on connections and growing communication in the relationship.
